XTAND AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
By applying to or participating in the Xtand Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Approval\
Participation is subject to approval by [Mebotx Technology Co., Limited], doing business as Xtand (“Xtand”). Xtand may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion.
2. Commission\
Approved affiliates earn a standard commission of 10% on eligible net product sales attributed through their unique affiliate link or approved coupon code. Net sales exclude taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions. Higher commission rates may be offered separately based on performance or written agreement.
3. Tracking and Attribution\
A 60-day tracking period applies. Unless otherwise agreed, the last eligible affiliate click receives attribution. Affiliates are responsible for using the links and coupon codes provided through the affiliate portal. Xtand is not responsible for tracking interrupted by deleted cookies, browser restrictions, incorrect links, or third-party technical issues.
4. Validation and Payment\
Commissions remain pending while orders are reviewed. Eligible commissions are generally validated after the applicable return and chargeback period. Payments are processed monthly once the affiliate’s approved balance reaches USD 100. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
5. Refunds and Invalid Transactions\
No commission is payable on returned, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, unpaid, or charged-back orders. Xtand may reverse or withhold related commissions. Self-referrals, purchases made primarily to earn commission, and transactions involving misleading or unauthorized incentives are prohibited.
6. Advertising Disclosure\
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Xtand in every applicable promotional post or communication, using clear wording such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.” Disclosures must be easy to notice and placed close to the endorsement.
7. Product and Health Claims\
Affiliates may only use accurate, current, and approved Xtand product information. Affiliates must not claim or imply that an Xtand product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or reverses any disease, injury, disability, or medical condition. Affiliates must not guarantee performance, recovery, pain relief, mobility outcomes, or suitability for a particular person. Personal experiences must be truthful and must not be presented as typical or guaranteed results.
8. Prohibited Promotion\
Affiliates may not:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Use false, misleading, discriminatory, or offensive content.
- Publish fake reviews or impersonate Xtand.
- Use cookie stuffing, adware, malware, forced clicks, or misleading redirects.
- Bid on “Xtand,” Xtand product names, trademarks, or confusing variations in paid search without written permission.
- Register domains, accounts, or social handles that imitate Xtand.
- Present unauthorized coupon codes or advertise on coupon/deal websites without approval.
- Alter Xtand creative materials in a misleading manner.
9. Brand Materials\
Xtand grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved brand assets solely to promote Xtand under this Program. Affiliates may not modify Xtand trademarks or imply that they are employees, agents, authorized resellers, medical representatives, or exclusive partners of Xtand.
10. Independent Relationship\
Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, reseller, or joint-venture relationship. Affiliates may not make commitments or warranties on behalf of Xtand.
11. Termination and Changes\
Either party may end participation at any time. Xtand may withhold commissions arising from violations, fraud, prohibited conduct, or invalid transactions. Xtand may update these Terms, commission rates, or Program rules by providing notice through the affiliate portal or email. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
